To provide economic and other assistance to economically-disadvantaged families and families of children with disabilities to enable them to select the best schools for their children.

How it works

  3. 3Donors claim the federal creditFrom January 1, 2027, gifts designated as §25F contributions to an SGO on a participating state's list qualify for the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit, a dollar-for-dollar credit of up to $1,700 per person.
